1. TYPE includes general label like CHAIR, TABLE, CUPBOARD 

2. ITEM NAME is the both the description of the exact item (e.g. RED SMALL CHAIR) and also the IDENTITY of the item. It means that if there are 2 types of RED SMALL CHAIR, you will need to give 2 different names (e.g RED SMALL CHAIR (WITH HANDLES), RED SMALL CHAIR (WITHOUT HANDLES)) 

3. Select 1 room at a time. If there are RED SMALL CHAIRS IN 2 CLASSROOMS, create 2 entries 

4. PHYSICAL CHECK is the actual inventory (Visual check) 

5. DATE CHECKED is the date that the items have been counted. Not today’s date.
